How It Works
(1) Notify the hospital, hospice, or nursing home to call (205)
900-8334 once your loved one has passed. We do
not need paperwork in order to pick up your loved one.
(2) Before or after your loved one passes, print
the forms (above), fill them out by hand, and fax or email them
to our office. You may also take a picture of the forms with your
smart phone.
(3) If you do not have access to
these items, you may make an appointment at our funeral home.
(4) Payment may be made over the phone or at at
the funeral home.
Other Optional Items
Identification View (Optional): No Charge
- Two Person Limit
Transport over 25 miles:
- Mileage between 25-50 miles - Add $100
- Mileage between 50-75 miles - Add $200
- Mileage between 75-100 miles - Add $300
In-Home Arrangement: add $500
This service includes coming to your home to make arrangments
and returning the cremains to your home once the cremation is
complete.
Cremation View: add $300
This service includes up to Three (3) family members present at
the start of the cremation.
Cremains Shipping: add $250
This service includes the certified shipping and handling of cremains
anywhere within the continental US.
Private Viewing: $1500 total
This service includes everything in the direct cremation package
and: embalming, cosmetics, and a One (1) hour visitation for up
to Five (5) family members. Your loved one will be presented in
a "hospital type setting." This service is offered for
family members who could not be present before your loved one's
passing.
Funeral followed by Cremation: $4K
This service includes Transportation of body to Funeral Home,
Basic services of funeral director and staff, Embalming, Dressing,
and Cosmetics, Rental Casket, 1hr Visitation and 1hr Funeral at
your church, Register Book, 100 Funeral Programs or Memorial Cards,
All Cremation fees, and 1 Certified Death Certificate, and No
