Jerome COLLINS
Jerome “Jerry” Howard Collins, 61, of
Piqua, OH, passed away on Friday May 16, 2014.
He was born in Texas City, Texas on July 25, 1952,
to Arthur and Jeanne Collins. He graduated from Piqua high school
and received an associate’s degree from Edison Community
College.
Jerome was an avid sports fan and excelled at football
and baseball while in school. He was a devoted member of St. Boniface
parish in Piqua, OH.
Jerome is survived by a sister and brother-in-law,
Shirley Collins Pohlman (Steve) of Hamilton, OH; a brother Kevin
Collins of Reno, NV; a son Christopher Collins of Hamilton, OH;
and a daughter Andrea Collins of Cincinnati, OH.
Jerome is preceded in death by his parents, his
sister Carolyn, and his brothers John and Stephen Collins.
A private memorial service will be observed by immediate
family members. Donations may be made to St. Boniface Parish in
Piqua, OH, and/or Lehman High School in Sidney, OH, on Jerome’s
behalf.
